■Below is a summery of the conditions for being able to purchase the JR Pass (For more details refer to the bottom of this page)
・You are a foreign tourist visiting Japan from abroad for sight-seeing, under the entry status of "temporary visitor"
・You are a Japanese national living in a foreign country with a permanent visa (except a passport) of that country
・You are married to a non-Japanese residing in a country other than Japan
※ If you have purchased an exchange order but are not eligiable, you can get a refund minus a refund fee
■ From the starting date of the JR Pass
・If aged 11 or under, child rate applies
・If aged 5 or under, free of charge, however no seat is given
・In the case of 1 adult and 2 children 5 or under, at least 1 child rate will apply.
■ Settlement will be in Japanese Yen.
・If you card is Yen based, final payment will be displayed at the final step and deducted as shown
・If you card is NOT Yen based, final payment will be converted to your currency at the exchange rate of your credit card company and deducted.
※ Please note, change of currency for the payment can not be accepted after the purchase
■ Online booking is available Monday - Fridays, except on holidays
